What happens when you contact Grove.
This notice covers information submitted through the enquiry form and the technical records created while processing it.
Controller and contact
The controller is Yan Dobromyslov, Portugal. To ask about your data or exercise a right, email hello@naturalseoservices.com.
What the form collects
The form collects your name, email address, problem description, and a site URL if you choose to provide one. It also processes anti-abuse and delivery data such as the submission source, Turnstile result, timestamps, request identifiers, and technical event metadata.
Do not submit passwords, credentials, customer records, health or financial information, or other sensitive information. The form is intended for ordinary business enquiries.
Why it is used
The information is used only to assess and answer a voluntary business enquiry. It is also used to maintain the integrity of the submission and diagnose delivery or abuse problems. The legal basis is legitimate interests in responding to people who choose to contact Grove and protecting the form from abuse. The information is not reused for marketing or added to a mailing list.
Recipients and processing
- Supabase receives and stores the form record.
- Cloudflare provides the Turnstile anti-abuse check and site delivery infrastructure.
- Resend sends two messages: an operator notification containing the form source and an opaque record ID, not the form answers; and an acknowledgement to your submitted email address that uses your submitted name in the message.
- Google receives separate email correspondence if Yan replies to the enquiry.
These providers may process information internationally. Where information leaves the European Economic Area, processing is protected through the provider's applicable adequacy mechanism, contractual safeguards, or other lawful transfer mechanism.
Retention
- The Supabase form record expires 12 months from submission.
- Resend's email copy is retained for 30 days.
- Technical event metadata is retained for 30 days.
A reply creates separate email correspondence in Google; no fixed mailbox-deletion schedule is currently implemented. That correspondence is handled separately from the form record.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to Portugal's data-protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados. A request may require enough information to verify that the data concerns you.
